Reiki isn’t just about relaxation (though it’s amazing for that). It can help release emotional blocks, boost your energy, and support your overall wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, heal old patterns, or just feel more at peace in your own skin, Reiki offers a gentle, nurturing way to reconnect with yourself and restore your inner harmony.

Traditional Reiki - 60 minutes - £60

What to expect during your Reiki session:

During a Reiki session, you can expect a calm, nurturing and supportive environment where your body and mind can fully relax. Here’s what typically happens:

  • You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably, fully clothed. Soft lighting and gentle music help create a peaceful space.

  • Energy Flow: I’ll use light touch to help guide the flow of energy where your body needs it most. Please be aware this is a 'hands on treatment'.

  • Deep Relaxation: Many people feel warm, tingly or deeply relaxed. Some even drift into a meditative or light sleep state.

  • Emotional Release: Reiki can bring up emotions or sensations as your body releases tension and restores balance.

  • Gentle Support Afterwards: After your session, you may feel calm, lighter or more centred. Some people notice shifts over the next few days as your energy continues to balance.

  • Optional Discussion: We can talk about any sensations or insights you experienced and I can suggest ways to integrate the benefits into your daily life.
     

Everyone’s experience is unique - there’s no right or wrong way to feel during Reiki. The goal is simply to support your body, mind and spirit in finding balance and healing.

Reiki - when is it not suitable?

Reiki is a gentle and supportive practice, but there are times when it’s best to pause or seek medical advice first. Reiki should not be given if you:

 

*Have a pacemaker or similar implanted medical device

*Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

*Have a broken bone that has not yet been set

*Are running a fever or have an active infection

*Have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or a psychotic disorder

*Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
