Moon Baby Healing is a safe and nurturing sanctuary for those who know there is more to healing than meets the eye.....especially for those carrying emotional trauma, low mood, or wounds from the past that still shape their present.
From a young age, Sophie always sensed there was something deeper at work beyond the physical world. Drawn naturally to helping others, she felt called to support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by depression, unresolved emotional pain, or inner child wounds.
At Moon Baby Healing, lost ancient wisdom is brought into the modern world through a grounded, contemporary approach. Blending sacred Shamanic healing and Reiki, Sophie creates a supportive space where old negative patterns can gently release and deeper healing can begin - without pressure, judgement, or needing to have it all figured out.
This is a place for healing, growth and reconnection. A space where you can feel held as you tend to your inner child, soften emotional scars, and begin to feel more like yourself again.....guided with care, compassion, and an understanding that true healing happens when ancient practices meet modern life.

From hustle to healing....
My healing journey didn’t start in the spiritual world at all. It began in the hustle and bustle of the entertainment and media industry, where life was fast, busy, and constantly on the go. I loved the creativity, but somewhere along the way I started to feel disconnected - from myself, my body, and what I really needed. After the pandemic, something shifted. Not just for me, but for so many people around me too. It felt like a collective pause…a moment where we all started searching for something deeper. A way to heal old emotional wounds, make sense of what we’d been carrying, and remember the old ways that humans have turned to since the beginning of time.
What began as my own healing slowly became a calling. I spent several years training with a powerful shamanic teacher, learning how to use this sacred work to heal myself and how this ancient practice has supported humans for thousands of years - helping us release trauma, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.
I’m very down-to-earth in how I work. I don’t believe healing needs to feel “woo” or out of reach. Instead, I bring these ancient teachings into the modern world in a fresh, grounded way that keeps things real, relatable, and safe. My intention is always to meet you exactly where you are, offer warmth and understanding, and help you gently move forward feeling more balanced, clear, and connected.

What to expect when you visit....
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, safe space where you can simply be yourself. There’s no pressure to know anything about healing or spirituality...this is a space for real people, real feelings, and real life.
We’ll begin with a gentle chat, so you can share what’s been going on for you and what you feel you need. There’s no rushing and no need to have the “right” words. I listen carefully and work intuitively, allowing each session to unfold in a way that feels supportive and right for you.
The healing itself is grounded, nurturing, and tailored to you on the day. I draw on ancient practices in a modern, practical way - keeping things natural, accessible, and free from anything that feels overwhelming or “woo.” Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, emotionally releasing, and surprisingly grounding.
After your session, there’s space to gently come back, reflect, and talk through anything that came up. My intention is that you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself - supported, held, and met exactly where you are.


The healing does not stop there...
After your session, aftercare is an important part of the healing process. When you leave the space, your body, mind and energy may still be integrating the work that’s taken place.
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, emotional, reflective or quietly energised. Some people notice shifts immediately, while for others the changes unfold gently over the days that follow. There’s no “right” way to feel - your experience is completely personal.
You’ll be encouraged to move slowly after your session. Drink plenty of water, rest where possible, and give yourself permission to be gentle. Journalling, time in nature, warm baths or early nights can help support the integration of your healing.
Sometimes emotions, memories or physical sensations may rise as old energy releases. This is a normal part of the healing process and often referred to as a healing response. If this happens, grounding practices and self-care are key, and Sophie is always happy to offer guidance if you need reassurance. Sophie will share any intuitive insights and simple aftercare guidance to help you continue feeling supported once you’re back in your everyday world.
